I Met Iron Chef Bobby Flay!!!
I have to admit, I was shocked and couldn’t believe my eyes! Those of you who don’t know much about Chef Bobby Flay here’s some info, he’s a very famous chef that has many popular TV shows on The Food Network (That’s pretty much the only channel I watch). He owns several restaurants and recently opened up a burger joint close to my house called “Bobby’s Burger Palace”. Yesterday was the second day the place has been open so I decided to go and try one of his many famous burgers. Here’s how it went down, I ordered my food and sat down, I turned around to look back at the kitchen and there he was, monitoring, making sure things were running smooth. I got so excited, I couldn’t believe that was him, I ate my burger in a hurry (it was amazing by the way) and rushed over towards the kitchen. All I have to say is I’m stoked I got the chance to shake his hand and tell him that I love his shows! I know a lot of you are probably thinking I’m crazy because he’s just a chef but to me it’s like meeting a celebrity or a musician you admire because even though I’m a terrible cook I love to watch others create incredible meals from scratch. My mom is a great cook and I recently asked her if she can teach me a few things, she agreed so I might film a little something for later on this week and put it up, I can’t promise you a great meal but I can promise you disaster!
